- Synthesis becomes the first ARTS member in Latin America.

- vTol is adopted for phone ticket sales (IVR call center).

- Translation and inspection of point of sale software to disembark in Argentina and Brazil.

- The self-service solution is launched, operating on the IBM/4684 (APA) platform.

- Operations begin under the name of Microserv Comercio y Consultoria Ltda., later referred to as Synthesis.

Jorge Fernando Bayá
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jorge Fernando Bayá is responsible for the international expansion of Napse operations, the international arm of Linx's Enterprise division. He has more than 30 years in the software industry, working in commercial, service, and management areas, as well as in executive roles in companies such as TOTVS Brasil and ITPS One.
Martín Malievac
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Martin leads the functional and technological evolution of the Napse solutions suite. He has over 20 years of experience in the management and development of mission-critical solutions in top-level companies: YPF, Banco Galicia, and BNL. He’s a Systems Engineer who graduated from UTN, and has a Master in Data Mining and Knowledge Management from UBA.
Fabio Muscio
SOUTH REGION COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Fabio leads the commercial team of the South region towards further international expansion of the company. He has 25 years of experience in the Software and Information Technology industry, and has been occupying Management positions for 15 years. He worked as Commercial Manager at Marketec Targeted Solutions and at IBM for 23 years, going through different managerial positions, both local and regional. He's an Electronic Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires.
Robson Freitas
CFO LATAM
Robson is Chief Financial Officer at Napse for LATAM. He's an expert in financial analysis of projects and from his role, he's responsible for controlling and ensuring the flow of financial information between the management and accounting systems to support balance sheets and ensure forecasting with greater adherence and precision. He has a degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and Auditing from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
