April 20th, 2021, Mexico City.– The Consejo Nacional de Ejecutivos en Logística y Cadenas de Suministro, A.C. (National Board of Executives in Logistics and Supply Chains, ConaLog) will hold the Warehouse 4.0 Webinar: Digital Transformation towards Greater Efficiency and Productivity, where experts will share their knowledge and best practices on the use of new technologies in distribution centers.

The transformation in consumption habits, driven by the health crisis, has forced companies in all sectors to innovate in their supply chains, to optimize costs and time, and increase their level of service and efficiency.
According to the consulting firm Deloitte¹, “the Fourth Industrial Revolution, commonly known as Industry 4.0, is changing the way businesses’ function and, therefore, the environments in which they are forced to compete.
Industry 4.0 holds the promise of a new revolution, one that combines advanced production and operation techniques with smart technologies that will be integrated into organizations, people, and assets.
This revolution is marked by the emergence of new technologies such as robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence, cognitive technologies, nanotechnology and the Internet of Things (IoT), among others. Organizations must identify the technologies that best meet their needs in order to invest in them. If companies do not understand the changes and opportunities that Industry 4.0 brings, they run the risk of losing market shares.”
Aimed at logistics professionals, the webinar will have the participation of Isaac Soriano, Solutions Design Director for DHL Supply Chain; Gustavo Equihua, Director of Management and Information Technologies for Frialsa Frigoríficos; Julio García, National Director of Logistics for Farmacias Guadalajara; Edgar Contreras, Levi’s Director for LatAm Distribution and Fernando Frías, Commercial Director for Tsolco, moderated by Antonio Rivero, the Commercial Director for Napse Global and Director for ConaLog.
The meeting – which is free of charge but does have limited seats – will take place this Thursday, April 22nd at 6:00 p.m. (Mexico), 8:00 p.m. (Argentina) and those interested can sign up here.
