On May 5th, Napse, the leading company in technology solutions for the omnichannel-focused sector, begins to lead a series of regional talks and panels to reflect on the evolution of retail from real experiences, in a context in which consumers are increasingly demanding.

Buenos Aires, Argentina, April 22nd, 2021.- Napse Talks is a cycle of remote meetings in which retail sector leaders across Latin America will participate. The first, “Más allá de la omnicanalidad” [Beyond Omnichannel Retailing], will take place on May 5th and will feature the participation of leaders from Napse, Tiendanube, L’Oreal, Martí and La Comer

Most retailers currently have various channels (physical, digital, and analog) to communicate with their audience and with various sales strategies. However, communicating with each other is not enough to make a difference. The challenge, instead, is to achieve an integrated experience with consistent and uniform information on all platforms and points of contact with customers.

“Más allá de la omnicanalidad” is a meeting to respond, from real experiences, to one of the main challenges of retail nowadays: to overcome channel multiplicity and achieve integration between them and, thus, better shopping experiences, by building customer loyalty.
